Rates and Insurance

For those seeking Trauma-informed hypnotherapy, payment is always due prior to the start of our appointment. I do not file Insurance. I provide receipts for all forms of payment. You are advised to keep your receipts in an envelope, by year, for potential tax deduction purposes. Please contact me if you would like to set up payment arrangements.
For those seeking Counseling Supervision, payment is typically due by the 5th day of each month by check or credit/debit card. Please note that the rates for this service are highly discounted in appreciation for the challenges of getting started in the profession.

Superbills

If your insurance is not listed this means we are not contracted with them. However, it may still be possible to have your sessions covered by your insurance plan. Mindful Transformations will provide you with receipts called superbills for your appointments. You can then submit these superbills to your insurance carrier to verify that your health plan covers ‘out of network’ behavioral health services.
